Frequently asked questions
What phones are compatible?
Almost all modern NFC-enabled smartphones work, including iPhone 7 and newer and most Android phones. No app is needed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 2–4 business days. Custom designs can take a few days longer depending on revisions.
Can I add my logo or brand colors?
Yes. Upload your artwork at checkout or email it to support@high5card.com after ordering.
Is there any monthly fee?
No. Pay once for your High5Card product. There is no subscription fee, monthly software fee, or hosting fee.
Why not just print a QR code?
A printed QR code can work well if you only need a link. An NFC card or stand also lets customers open that link with a tap on a compatible phone. Choose a QR-equipped product if you want both options.
Does the tap go straight to my real review form?
You supply the destination link when you order. Use your Google Business Profile review link to open your review form, rather than making customers search for your business. Customers may still need to sign in to their Google account.
Can I ask every customer for an honest Google review?
Yes. Invite feedback from customers with a genuine experience, regardless of whether it was positive or negative. Do not offer rewards, filter out unhappy customers, or pressure anyone to leave a review. The tap opens a link; it does not choose a rating or post a review for them.
